Hola. Compramos en Panamá una tv, kodak de 43 pulgadas. modelo 43SVA1003BT y fue enviada a Cuba.
La tv. se instaló en destino y funcionaba correctamente. La hermana del comprador le dio a un botón en el mando para apagarla, no se acuerda a cual, y la tv. se puso en pantalla doble. No encuentran la forma de poner la pantalla normal. Si alguién sabe como solucionar el problema le agradecería lo comunique para poder ayudar a esa familia cubana. Tal y como está la situación en ese pais, se hace dificil el transporte al técnico para su reparación. Un saludo
