Tengo un problema con un mod de TV LED Samsung. Pantalla curva UE55J6300A, no se enciende parpadea dos veces el LED STB continuamente, tarjeta PSU BN-00804A Encontré un fotoacoplador en breve, reemplazó la parte defectuosa, pero aún no se enciende. Intenté desconectar la fuente de alimentación con el MB CNM803 y la luz de fondo se enciende y después de 7/8 segundos parpadea. El voltaje de 13V se reduce a 8.5V no estabilizado, reemplazó varios condensadores, pero no puedo resolver el problema, el led stb sigue parpadeando dos veces.
¿Cómo puedo resolver el problema? ¿Qué componente verificar?

I have a problem with Samsung Curve UE55J6300A TV the stby LED flashes twice continuously stops and continues every two times, PSU card BN-00804A I found a photocoupler in short, replaced the faulty part, but does not turn on yet. I tried to disconnect the PSU with the MB CNM803 and the backlight turns on and after 7/8 seconds it flashes.
